Abstract

|
|
1. It shows that in Bacillus natto Sawamura and Clostridium butyricum, the original population of 3.5X10¢¥/g and 3.2X10¢¥/g organisms were decreased 2.7X10¢¥/g and 2.8X10¢¥/g which storaged in room temperature during 12 month, and the storaged in 40¡ÆC temperature, the organisms were approximately decreased 2.4X10¢¥/g and 2.6X1.0¢¥/g.
2. In Lactobacillus acidophilus of the composed activity bacteria products, the orginal population of 4.0X107/g organisms were decreased 2.8X10¢¥/g which storaged in room temperature during 12 month, and the storaged in 40¡ÆC temperature, the organisms were decreased 1.8X10¢¥/g.
3. In Lactobacillus acidophilus of the control, the original population of 4.0X109/g organisms were decreased 2.3X109/g which storaged in room temperature during 12 month, and the storaged in 40¡ÆC temperature, the organisms were decreased 6.2X10¢¥/g.
4. In the composed activity bacteria products, it shows that Bacillus natto Sawamura and Clostri¡þdium butyricum are more resistant for the heat than Lactobacillus acidophilus.
